Job description:

Main purpose of the role:
Accurate delivery of online grocery orders from store to customer

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Minimum 1 year experience in grocery retail

Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties:

Accurate delivery of online grocery orders from store to customer.

Safe and legal driving and compliance with company and legal policies whilst representing the brand.

Supervise the department as required by your line manager.

To carry out operational training and coaching e.g. chemical training or machine training as well as the implementation of new processes and procedures.

To maintain best practice standards across the departments at all times and to assist in the creation of a positive working environment for colleagues within their department.

Additional duties will be assigned according to the department needs and in line with the requirements of the business, including new technologies and processes
